Cerberus Brewing - Wednesday Night Run Club
We’ve revamped run night. Wednesday Night Run Club is your midweek excuse to get moving, hit the streets with good people, and celebrate finishing with a cold beer. This weekly group run is a collaboration between Cerberus Brewing Co., Urban Animal Downtown, and the Cerberus Run Team (Pikes Peak Road Runners).
The Details:
• Check-in: 5 PM
• Hard rollout: 5:15 PM sharp
• Distance: ~3 miles
• Pace: Steady and energized, enough to feel it, not sweat it
• Day: Every Wednesday night
How It Works:
Start at either brewery. We hit the route as a group: connect the dots, keep the rhythm, and enjoy the ride. You’ll reach the other brewery together, then loop back to where you started. Beer discounts await at both stops—because why shouldn’t running pay off?

Edenology - Ruah Elohim
Make it stand out
Ruah Elohim
You might be asking “what in the world is that?”
Ruah Elohim (also spelled Ruach) is an ancient Hebrew name for God most closely related to BREATH, SPIRIT and WIND. This Hebrew name for God is first seen in the creation story of Genesis in Genesis 1:1-2“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the "Spirit of God" (Ruah Elohim) was hovering over the waters.”
Yoga is the Sanskrit word translated as UNION or TO YOKE. Traditionally the practice of yoga aims to yoke the breath with movement. Yogic philosophy is deeply rooted in connecting the mind, body and spirit. Which is often seen as fragmented or separated parts of the self by western thinkers. In Ruah Elohim Yoga we utilize “yoga”- breathing and stretching, to yoke ourselves to the Holy Spirit. This can act as a way for us to connect with God not just with our minds intellectually in reading or writing, but with our entire beings, spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally.

Edenology - New Moon Nourish
Make it stand out
New Moon Nourish
New Moon Nourish
An evening of sacred nourishment for body, mind, and soul.
The New Moon marks a time of stillness, receptivity, and planting seeds for what’s to come. In this space of new beginnings, we gather to nourish from within . . . through healing food, conscious presence, and the vibration of our shared voices.
We’ll begin with a grounded yin yoga flow. Next, a heartful plant-based soup, made with clean, organic ingredients and shared in community. Each guest will receive the recipe card to carry the ritual home, so you can alchemize nourishment in your own sacred space.
Then we journey into a Bhakti Yoga Meditation song circle, a devotional practice of call-and-response singing that opens the heart and uplifts the spirit. This is not performance, it’s participation. As we sing together, we activate the healing resonance of our voices, raising the vibration within us and throughout our collective field.
Throughout history, yoga, food, and song have been central to communal rituals, used to honor the sacred, celebrate life, and purify the spirit. In New Moon Nourish, we weave these ancient threads into a modern, intentional ceremony of presence, gratitude, and connection.
Come to be fed. Come to be felt. Come to remember the power of sharing simple, sacred nourishment . . . together.
