Join us for the May First Friday ArtWalk at 45º featuring painter Stephanie Moon and potter Sumi von Dassow. The evening will also feature live music by Jack Woehr.

Stephanie Moon will be showing a new body of paintings centered on ephemeral moments of light that remind us to pause, look up, and take it in. Sumi von Dassow will present new ceramic work grounded in practicality yet rich with surface and form — pieces made to be used, lived with, and noticed. Learn more here.

Surface Gallery

Surface Gallery is proud to present three new exhibitions featuring Patricia Coughlin, Lisa Fabiano, and Kelsey Sampsel.

In "Tangible", Lisa Fabiano transforms personal memories and experiences into tangible form through texture and
color - giving material dimension to the invisible.

"The Space of Unknowing" by Patricia Coughlin creates abstract paintings which are propelled by instinct and compulsion, play and experimentation. She begins with a mark, a color, or a piece of collage - having no idea where it will go. Curiosity and the urge to rebel against convention and expectation fuel her process.

In "Flora", Kelsey Sampsel traces a journey through grief back into color, using botanical forms to honor resilience and the cyclical nature of life.

Join us for the opening night of all three shows, where you can meet the artists in person, spend time viewing their work, and be part of our creative community.

Some paintings are meant to be seen. Others are meant to be felt.

This May First Friday, Meraki Springs invites you into Emergence, a striking collection of original abstract oil paintings by Jeffrey A Scott. Alive with movement, tension, and light, each piece explores the space between form and emotion, color and quiet.

Join us for an evening of art, live music from local musician Stone Gray, and meaningful connection.

Spots always fill up, so we strongly recommend signing up in advance on our website. While class is in session, feel free to stop by the studio to watch the action, explore the space, and check out artwork from our community. Come see what we’re making, say hello, and experience PPAC in motion!
